gluten    Free fudge Brownies

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8"x8" pan with nonstick spray.

Combine butter and dark chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl.

Cook for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for 30 seconds.

Add cocoa powder and stir until silky smooth.

Add sugar and stir until well combined.

Add eggs, one at time, and stir until incorporated.

Add GF all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt to mixture.  Stir until well mixed.

Stir in dark chocolate chips.

Spread evenly into the pan, bake and....
