Ingredients:

SUGAR

BUTTER

ALMOND FLOUR

TAPIOCA FLOUR

SALT

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy - about 3 minutes

Add almond flour, tapioca flour, and salt to the butter mixture & beat until well combined

Roll out the cookie dough onto a clean work surface and cut out with cookie cutter

Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown
