Easy Baked Meatballs

Moist and tender meatballs without breadcrumbs!

INGREDIENTS

Ground beef

Egg

Parsley

Potato Flakes

Parmesan

Spices

Worcestershire sauce

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix with your hands until just incorporated.

Use a portion scoop to roll the mixture into 2-inch balls.

Place the balls on a sheet pan & bake for 30 minutes.

Toss the baked meatballs in marinara & enjoy!
