Soft Boiled Quail Eggs

Ingredients:

All that you need is quail eggs, water, and ice.

Fill a bowl with ice water & set aside. Fill a small saucepan with water & bring to a gentle boil.

Use a slotted spoon to place the eggs into the boiling water. Boil for 2 1/2 minutes.

Carefully transfer the boiled quail eggs to the ice bath.

Carefully pierce the egg shell with a paring knife. Gently peel the egg.

Cut the eggs in half and serve on avocado toast or in salad.
