Pumpkin Pie without Canned Milk

Ingredients:

Canned pumpkin

Half & half

Brown & white sugar

Spices

Eggs + yolk

In a large bowl, combine both sugars, canned pumpkin, and spices.

Add three eggs and and an egg yolk, then stir well.

Add the half & half to the pumpkin mixture.

Carefully whisk until combined. The mixture will be liquidy.

Pour the pumpkin pie filling into a par-baked crust.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the pie is set.
