How to freeze a cantaloupe

Cut the bottom and top end off the cantaloupe.

Stand the cantaloupe on the flat end, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds.

Cut the cantaloupe in half so it's cut into two large wedges.

Cut the cantaloupe wedges in half again, so you have slices.

Use a large knife to cut the rind off of the slices.

Cut the slices into cantaloupe chunks.

Spread the chunks on a parchment lined sheet pan & freeze.

Transfer the frozen cantaloupe into freezer bags & freeze.

Use the frozen cantaloupe in smoothies or enjoy as a snack!
