Peanut Butter Ganache

Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, combine the white chocolate & peanut butter.

Pour the cream into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate & PB.

Let the cream sit for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate, then stir.

The ganache will be thin at first, and thicken as it cools.
