Dark chocolate Graham crackers

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, or place on a work surface.

Place chocolate into a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on 20 second increments until some of the chocolate is melted. Do not let the temperature exceed 90°F.

Stir the partially melted chocolate until smooth. If chocolate is not at 90°F, microwave on 10 second intervals until 90°F.

Once temperature is achieved, place a graham cracker into the chocolate and gently press down.

Use your finger to fully submerge the graham cracker in the chocolate.

Use a fork to gently lift the graham cracker from the chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off the cracker.

Carefully transfer the graham cracker to the parchment paper.

Top with your favorite sprinkles and wait for them to set.
