Brown Rice & Quinoa

Ingredients:

Rinse the brown rice & quinoa in a fine mesh sieve.

Sauté onion & garlic with olive oil in a medium saucepan.

Add the quinoa mixture to the saucepan & cook 30 seconds.

Add the water and stock, then bring to a boil over med-high heat.

Reduce the heat to med-low, cover, & simmer.

Remove the pan from the heat & let it sit for 10 minutes.

Fluff the brown rice & quinoa with a fork, then enjoy!
