Pan fried shrimp is super easy to make and ultra fast! Just follow these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Olive oil

Large raw shrimp

Unsalted butter

Old bay

Kosher salt

Dry the shrimp. Place them on a paper towel or clean towel and carefully pat dry.

Transfer the dried shrimp to a bowl and add the old bay and a pinch of kosher salt.

Gently toss the shrimp with a spoon to evenly coat. Be careful not to rip the shrimp.

Melt the butter and olive oil in a large stainless steel skillet over medium high heat.

Add half of the shrimp to the hot skillet in an even layer. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes.

Carefully flip each shrimp over and cook for another minute or so. The thickest part of the shrimp should look opaque.

Transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl and repeat with the remaining shrimp.
