These coffee flavored cookies are a breeze to make with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Brown sugar

White sugar

Instant coffee

Egg

All-purpose flour

Baking soda

Kosher salt

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Cream butter and both sugars in a stand mixer on medium speed for two minutes.

Add the egg and beat on medium until combined. Scrape the bowl with a spatula if necessary.

Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and instant coffee to the butter mixture.

Beat until combined. Let the cookie dough sit for 10 minutes and beat one more time for 15 seconds or so.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop 8 cookies onto the prepared sheet pan. Give the coffee cookies space to spread.

Bake for 11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the middles still look slightly underdone.
