Ingredients:

Oat flour

Brown sugar

Baking powder

Baking soda

Kosher salt

Whole milk

Vegetable oil

Egg

In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt. Stir well.
