You Will Need

Preheat oven  to 350.  Line a  sheet pan with  parchment paper.

Cream butter,  brown sugar  & sugar on med  until light & fluffy.

Add the egg  & beat until incorporated.

Add gluten-free flour, oats, baking soda, and kosher salt to the bowl & beat until a cookie dough forms.
