Gluten Free Pie Crust

This foolproof gluten free pie crust is buttery, flaky, and easy to make! Fill it with your favorite pie filling and bake until golden and crisp.

INGREDIENTS

Gluten free all purpose flour

Unsalted butter

Sugar

Kosher salt

Lemon juice

Egg yolk

Cold water

Pulse dry ingredients and cold butter until pea-sized pieces form.

Add the egg yolk & pulse until just combined.

Add the ice cold water & lemon juice, then pulse until thick & crumbly.

Dump crumbly mixture into bowl and use your hands to form a disc.

Refrigerate dough, then roll out into a large circle & transfer to pie tin.
