You can make the peanut butter cookie dough in 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Peanut butter

Sugar

Brown sugar

Egg

All-purpose flour

Baking soda

Kosher salt

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Beat until the mixture is lighter in color and larger in volume, about 3 minutes.

Add the egg to the mixture and beat until incorporated. Don't overmix.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Beat until a cookie dough forms.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a lined sheet pan. Give the cookies space to spread.

Bake for 11 minutes, or until the edges look golden brown, but the middles look underdone.
