These chocolate oatmeal cookies are super easy to make with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Sugar

Brown sugar

Egg

Quick cooking oats

Dark cocoa powder

Baking soda

Kosher salt

Semisweet chocolate chips

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Add the egg and beat until incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Add the quick-cooking oats, dark cocoa powder, baking soda and kosher salt to the bowl.

Beat until a cookie dough forms, then add the chocolate chips and mix until evenly dispersed.

Scoop 1.5 inch sized cookie dough balls onto a  lined sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes!
