These dried cherry cookies are a breeze to make with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Sugar

Brown sugar

Egg + yolk

Vanilla extract

All-purpose flour

Baking soda

Kosher salt

Dried cherries

White chocolate chips

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Beat with the paddle attachment until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Alternatively, you can use a large bowl and a hand mixer.

Add the egg and the yolk to the butter mixture. Beat until combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Beat until a cookie dough forms.

Add the dried cherries and white chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop six cookies onto a parchment lined sheet pan.

Bake for 11 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the middles look underdone.
