This banana bread takes 10 minutes to prep with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Sugar & brown sugar

Vegetable oil

Mashed banana

Eggs

All-purpose flour

Baking powder & baking soda

Kosher salt

Powdered sugar

Vanilla extract

Spray a 9x5-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, both sugars, and the vegetable oil.

Add the eggs and mix until combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. Don't overmix the batter.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Scrape the bowl with a spatula to get all of the batter.

Bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown, about 45 min.
