INGREDIENTS
– all-purpose flour
– sugar
– baking powder
– baking soda
– salt
– whole milk
– egg
– vegetable oil

Combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a bowl. Set aside.

Combine wet ingredients & pour into the dry ingredients.
Stir until a batter forms. Set aside.

Heat a tbsp of oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook pancakes until they start to bubble & the bottoms are golden brown.
