Fluffy  Gluten-Free Pancakes

These fluffy, kid-friendly gluten-free pancakes are  truly the best!  Made with Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour, they're easy to make and delicious too. Make a double batch and freeze for busy weekday mornings!

INGREDIENTS

– all-purpose flour – sugar – baking powder – baking soda – salt – whole milk – egg – vegetable oil

Combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a bowl. Set aside.

Combine wet ingredients & pour into the dry ingredients.  Stir until a batter forms. Set aside.

Heat a tbsp of oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook pancakes until they start to bubble & the bottoms are golden brown.

Flip & let cook until the insides are firm. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Carefully transfer the pancakes to a plate & enjoy with your favorite toppings!
