Gluten Free Brownies

Ingredients

– Butter  – Dark Chocolate Chips – Dark Cocoa Powder  – Granulated Sugar – Eggs – All Purpose            Gluten Free Flour – Baking Powder – Kosher Salt – Semisweet           Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit & spray an 8 by 8 pan with nonstick  cooking spray.

Put butter & dark chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl.  Cook for 1 minute. Stir & microwave for  30 seconds.

Add cocoa powder and stir until smooth.

Add all of the sugar & stir until well combined.

Add each egg, one at a time, and stir only until incorporated.

Add gluten free all purpose flour, baking powder & salt to mixture.   Stir until completely mixed together.
