These oat flour chocolate chip cookies are a cinch to make with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Sugar

Brown sugar

Egg + yolk

Vanilla extract

Oat flour

Baking soda

Kosher salt

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Beat with the paddle attachment until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Add the egg, yolk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Beat until combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Beat until a cookie dough forms.

Add the chocolate chips and stir until well dispersed throughout the cookie dough.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop six cookies onto a parchment lined sheet pan.

Bake for 11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the centers look underdone.
