Popped Quinoa

Ingredients:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Let it get hot!

Add the quinoa to the pan and shake it so it covers in an even layer.

Shake and cook the quinoa until it's golden brown and popped.

Transfer the popped quinoa to a bowl to cool.
