Sauteed Kale & Spinach

Kale

Lemon

Spinach

Heat a large skillet over medium- high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add the kale leaves.

Stir until wilted. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper, then stir for 30 more seconds. Add the baby spinach.

Stir until the spinach is almost wilted. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the pan. Stir one more time, remove from the heat, and serve warm!
