Measuring cups & spoons
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 4 ½ cups rice krispies cereal
Spray an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut a long piece of parchment paper slightly less wide than the pan. Place it in the bottom of the pan with the excess hanging over both sides. Spray the parchment paper with nonstick spray.
In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
Once the butter is melted, stir in the marshmallow fluff until incorporated and smooth.
Remove the pot from the heat, then add the rice krispies. Use a spatula to stir until well incorporated.
Transfer the rice krispie mixture to the greased baking dish. Spray a spatula with nonstick cooking spray and use the spatula to press the mixture into the pan.
Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
Use the parchment paper to pull the rice krispie treats out of the pan. Use a sharp knife to cut into nine squares. Enjoy!
