- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups powdered sugar
In a small saucepan, combine the frozen blueberries, lime juice, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thicker and jammy - about 8 to 10 minutes.
Carefully pour the blueberry mixture into a blender and blend for a few seconds, then add the powdered sugar ½ cup at a time, blending after each addition.
