This green goddess dressing recipe is herbaceous and creamy with a fresh pop of lime! It tastes amazing on salads, roasted potatoes, or grilled salmon.

Equipment

  • Immersion blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • cup mayo
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ¼ cup fresh basil loosely packed
  • ¼ cup fresh dill loosely packed
  • ¼ cup fresh mint loosely packed
  • pinch kosher salt
  • squeeze of lime
  • 1 t. honey

Instructions
 

  • Pulse all the ingredients together in a mini food processor until all the herbs are finely incorporated and dressing is emulsified.
  • You can double or triple this recipe if needed.

Notes

*If the consistency is too thick, add a teaspoon or two of water and blend to incorporate until you reach the right consistency.
