These oven-baked boneless skinless chicken thighs get tossed in taco seasoning and seared until caramelized. Then the whole skillet goes into the oven for an effortless, flavor-packed protein.

- 1.75 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 5) trimmed of excess fat
- 2 tablespoons siete taco seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with the taco seasoning and kosher salt until evenly coated.
Heat a 12-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to the skillet. Place the chicken thighs upside down evenly into the skillet and let them cook for 4 to 6 minutes, until they’re nicely caramelized.
Use a fork or mini tongs to flip the chicken thighs over then place the skillet into the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes. Use an oven mitt to carefully remove the skillet from the oven. Serve the chicken immediately.
