- ¾ teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced (or 2 small ones)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest from half of a small lemon
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced rosemary, dried basil, minced garlic, kosher salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
