Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dairy free chocolate chip cookies with golden brown edges, soft centers, and plenty of chocolate chips! Even dairy lovers can't get enough of these chewy dairy-free cookies.

INGREDIENTS

– vegan butter – white sugar – brown sugar – egg & yoke – vanilla extract – all-purpose flour – baking soda – kosher salt – old fashioned oats – semi-sweet         chocolate chips

Cream together butter & both sugars for 3 minutes on med speed, scraping the bowl halfway through.

Add vanilla, egg & yolk to the butter mixture. Beat on med speed until well combined.

Add flour, oats, baking soda & salt to the butter mixture and beat together until thoroughly combined.

Add chocolate chips to the bowl & beat again until the chocolate chips are mixed evenly throughout the batter.

Place 8 scoops of dough evenly spaced on the prepared  sheet pans.

Bake until the edges are golden brown. Enjoy warm!
