This gluten free blueberry pie is bursting with fresh, jammy blueberries in a buttery, flaky pie crust.

INGREDIENTS

-- gluten free pie crust - fresh blueberries - cornstarch - sugar - lemon juice - water

In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Heat & whisk until thickened.

Pour the mixture over the fresh blueberries. Stir until well combined.

Pour the blueberry mixture into the gluten free pie crust.

Top with strips of pie dough and bake!
