Gluten Free Vanilla Cupcakes

These gluten free vanilla cupcakes are light and fluffy like any good cupcake should be but without the gluten!

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.

Mix together oil and sugar, then add eggs one at a time.

Add the flour mixture and beat until combined, then add the milk and vinegar.

Scoop batter into a cupcake tin and bake!
