Grilled Carrots in Foil

Ingredients:

Spices

Maple syrup

Dijon mustard

Carrots

Olive oil

Peel and slice the carrots, then transfer to a large bowl.

Add the maple syrup, dijon mustard, vinegar, spices, and olive oil, then stir well.

Transfer the carrots to a sheet of aluminum foil. Use a spoon to spread evenly.
