Creamy Stone Ground Grits

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Whole milk

Kosher salt

Stone Ground Grits

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low.

Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until it looks like wet sand.

Stir in the remaining milk and cook for 10 more minutes.
