Honey Roasted Cashews

Ingredients

In a microwave-safe bowl combine the honey and butter.

Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until the butter melts all the way.

Add the sugar & kosher salt, then stir to combine.

Add the cashews to the honey mixture and stir until well coated.

Pour the cashews onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and spread with a spatula.

Roast for 16 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes. Remove from the oven & stir.

Let the honey cashews cool completely before breaking them apart.
