Sauteed Spinach & Kale

Ingredients:

Remove the kale leaves from the stalk and tear into pieces.

In a hot skillet with the olive oil, saute the kale greens.

Add the garlic and cook, then add the spinach, salt, and pepper.

Stir and cook until the greens are mostly wilted, then add a squeeze of lemon.

Transfer greens to plate and serve warm!
