Cook pasta until al dente.  Drain and reserve 1/2 c. water.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Add pasta water and lemon juice.

Cook for 30 seconds, then add spinach and salt.  Cook until spinach is wilted.

Add white beans, golden raisins, and parmesan.

Stir and cook until parmesan is melted.

Scoop pasta in a bowl and sprinkle with raisins.

Add fresh lemon juice and....
