These gluten free waffles are a breeze to make with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Gluten-free all-purpose flour

Cornstarch

Baking powder & baking soda

Buttermilk

Milk

Vegetable oil

Sugar

Egg whites

Egg yolk

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, except for the sugar.

Combine the buttermilk, milk, vegetable oil and egg yolk together and whisk together with a fork.

In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with a hand mixer until frothy.

Sprinkle in the sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Whipped egg whites make the gluten free waffles super light!

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.

Fold the egg whites into the batter carefully until completely folded in. Now you have your gluten free waffle batter!

Scoop the batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.
