Almond Flour Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

Almond Flour

Unsalted butter

Sugar

Tapioca flour

Cream the butter and sugar until light & fluffy - about 3 minutes.

Add the almond flour, tapioca flour, & salt. Beat until well combined.

Roll out the cookie dough & cut into circles.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown.
