INGREDIENTS:

Butter

Peanut butter

Brown sugar

Sugar

Egg

Flour

Baking Soda

Kosher salt

These soft and chewy peanut butter cookies are irresistibly good!

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl. combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter.

Beat until lighter in color and fluffy in texture, about 3 minutes. You can use a hand or stand mixer.

Add the egg and beat until incorporated. Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and kosher salt to the mixture. Beat until incorporated and a cookie dough forms.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop six 1.5 inch cookies onto the prepared sheet pan

Bake for 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the middles look underdone.
