CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Ingredients:

Chocolate chips

Milk

Butter

Place the chocolate in a medium-sized bowl then set aside. In a small pot heat the milk and butter on medium heat until the butter melts.

Turn the heat to medium high and once the milk starts to boil immediately take it off the heat and pour it over the chocolate.

Let the mixture sit for at least 1 minute undisturbed. Gently stir with a whisk or spatula until smooth and silky.

Use the chocolate ganache as a dip or filling for desserts!
