Carrots Olive oil Unsalted butter Maple syrup Brown sugar Apple cider vinegar Kosher salt

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.  Add olive oil.

Add sliced carrots and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a small bowl.

Pour maple glaze into the carrots and cook, stirring occassionally, about 6-10 minutes, until carrots caramelize.
