Gluten Free Blackberry Muffins

Gluten free blackberry muffins that are light and fluffy with big muffin tops! 

INGREDIENTS

– canola oil - sugar - egg - gluten-free flour - baking powder - baking soda - kosher salt - whole milk - blackberries - crumb topping

Beat the oil and sugar until combined, then add the egg and beat again.

Beat in the dry ingredients then add the milk & stir. Add the blackberries.

Scoop the batter into a muffin tin and top with streusel.
