Gluten Free Burgers

Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the beef, crumbs, spices, egg, & worcestershire sauce.

Use your hands to mix the ingredients until combined.

Form the mixture into four 4-inch patties.

Place the patties in a hot skillet or grill and cook until the bottoms turn brown.

Flip the burgers and cook until desired doneness. Transfer to a plate.

Top the hot patties with sliced cheese, if desired. Assemble burgers with toppings.
