– powdered sugar
– Dutch cocoa powder
– unsweetened almond milk

Stir almond milk & vinegar together.
Set aside.
Beat oil, sugar, brown sugar & vanilla until combined.

Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt to the batter. Beat until well combined.
