Gluten Free Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients:

In a food processor, pulse the gluten-free flour, sugar, & salt. Add the cold butter pieces.

Pulse until the mixture is crumbly with pea size pieces of butter in it.

Add the egg yolk and pulse to incorporate.

Add the ice water & lemon juice, then pulse until thick & crumbly.

Dump the dough into a bowl and use your hands to form it into a ball.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes, then roll into a large circle.

Carefully transfer the pie dough to a pie tin and trim the edges.

Use your fingers to crimp the edges, then refrigerate until ready to use.
