Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

Make or buy a gluten-free pie crust. I recommend a honemade crust like this one.

In a large bowl, whisk the pumpkin, sugars, and spices.

Add the eggs & yolk to the pumpkin & whisk until combined.

Carefully whisk in the half & half.

Pour the filling into the parbaked gluten free pie crust.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the gluten free pie is set.
