Gluten Free Yellow Cake

Ingredients:

Regular or almond milk

Eggs

Gluten free flour

Baking powder

Baking soda

Brown & white sugar

Vegetable oil

Apple cider vinegar

Beat oil, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until combined.

Mix in the eggs one at a time until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients & beat until well combined.

Add milk of choice & apple cider vinegar. Mix until incorporated.

Pour the batter into 2 greased cake pans.

Bake until the tops are golden brown & a toothpick comes out clean.

Frost the cooled cakes with chocolate buttercream.
