Let's get started!

These spicy brussels sprouts are easy to make in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients:

Olive oil

Brussels sprouts

Salt and pepper

Sriracha sauce

Honey

Apple cider vinegar

Garlic

Trim the ends off the brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, make the sriracha sauce.

Combine the sriracha, honey, olive oil, vinegar, and minced garlic. Set the sauce aside.

Once the skillet is hot, add the brussels sprouts. Use a spatula to spread them around in an even layer.

Let the brussels sprouts cook for 4 minutes undisturbed. Stir, then repeat.

Stir and cook for a few more minutes. Add the sriracha sauce to the skillet and cook 2 more minutes.

Transfer the brussels sprouts to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
