These oatmeal peanut butter cookies are a cinch to make with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Creamy peanut butter

Brown sugar

Sugar

Egg

Quick cooking oats

Baking soda

Kosher salt

Cream the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes on med speed.

Add the egg and beat until combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Add the quick oats, baking soda, and salt. Beat until the mixture is completely combined.

Use a large cookie scoop to scoop 5 cookies onto a lined sheet pan. Or you can use a small cookie scoop and reduce the baking time.

Bake for 13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown but the middles look underdone.
