Roasted Butternut Squash

Butternut squash halves are brushed with butter, topped with brown sugar, and roasted whole.

INGREDIENTS

– butternut squash - unsalted butter - brown sugar - pumpkin pie spice - kosher salt

Cut the stem off the top of the squash & cut in half vertically. Scoop out the seeds & goop.

Brush the tops of the squash with butter then generously spread on the brown sugar mixture.

Roast the squash until it's fork-tender!
